We are seeking a Junior Administrator in West Gosford. Full time position available. 7.30 start.

COMPANY PROFILE:

We are a West Gosford based warehouse setup business (installing / repairing all types of racking.)

The Role

• Provide general administrative support to the administrative team
• Assist in managing and organizing office operations and procedures
• Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and ensuring timely responses
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the team
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management team

Key Skills and Requirements

• Living in Sydney with easy access to West Gosford
• Must be computer literate - Microsoft suite
• Drivers licence and own transport
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in clear English
• Some experience preferred.
• Willing to learn
