You'll learn lots of skills including:
- Supporting professionals and support staff
- Greeting clients face to face and over the phone
- Word processing, banking, couriers, helping organise office events
- Opening files, preparing letters and emails
- Supporting smooth running of the organisation
- You'll also study a Certificate III while at work - you're provided with 3 hrs per week for coursework at work.
You'll be:
- Well presented for a corporate environment - you'll be the face of the firm!
- Friendly, keen to learn and always reliable
- A great communicator & have solid computer skills
- Able to use your work experience in retail/customer service to develop
- An Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
