Responsibilities: As a Senior Accountant , you'll:
Craft compliance documents, tax returns, financial statements, and reconciliations for diverse business portfolios.
Streamline tasks efficiently while adhering to timelines and quality benchmarks.
Collaborate with government bodies and the ATO on intricate client scenarios.
Foster growth within the team through mentorship and support.
Champion compliance excellence through meticulous documentation and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
As a Accountant, you'll:
Assist in preparing business advice and/or tax returns, business advice statements, financial statements and reconciliations for companies, partnerships, trusts and a range of individual businesses
Assist with general bookkeeping duties
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Experience: Both roles demand:
A degree in accounting or a related field.
Hold or be working towards CA, CPA or equivalent qualification
Strong communication skills and proactive engagement.
Sharp analytical and numerical proficiency.
A commitment to continuous learning and industry relevance.
Experience in private practice is preferred but not essential.
