Description
The role will be responsible for ensuring that our IT systems, integration services and cyber/data security continues to support and evolve with compliance requirements and the customer's needs, as this service forms a critical part of the supply chain. Specialist knowledge and strong related experience in supply chain operations and IT solutions is required to lead this function in the organisation.
Your role will involve:
- Leading and nurturing a team of IT professionals to foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, customer focus, and innovation.
- Establishing trust-based relationships with employees and customers throughout our organization, including close collaboration with senior management stakeholders.
- Collaborating to define strategic sector roadmaps that drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of sector roadmap tasks, customer service, and operational support with a focus on quality.
- Working closely with IT and operations experts to design and implement complex solutions effectively.
- Contributing to the country and APAC IT strategy and priorities as part of the country IT leadership team.
- Managing the sector IT cost portfolio effectively to ensure a strong return on investment for all IT expenditures.
- Partnering with regional and global stakeholders to leverage the organisations global expertise and capabilities.
- Ensuring the IT team meets all defined targets and metrics to achieve success.
Profile
- Proven experience in IT management at a senior level
- Experience in the Logistics/Transport/Supply Chain industry strongly preferred
- Comfortable dealing with P&L
- Experience with Continuous Improvement and delivering results while keeping to the long term strategy of the organisation
- Commercial acumen with strong communication and clarity of critical situations
Job Offer
Competitive annual base salary between $170,000 - $190,000 + superannuation + bonus.
