Domain Illawarra has a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee / Assistant Property Manager.

The right applicant would have a thirst for knowledge and a passion to succeed to join our Property Management team in a full-time role.
The position requires the ability & willingness to study Cert. IV in Real Estate Practice while joining our highly experienced Property Management team where you would learn from the best in a fun, supportive and dedicated environment!
The position is full time, Monday to Friday
Your typical day will include, but is not limited to:
- Open for Inspections
- Routine Inspections
- Ingoing/Outgoing Condition reports
- Processing tenancy applications ensuring a high standard of quality tenants is achieved
- Supporting and assisting the Property Management Team as required
- Ensure all properties comply with all regulatory and compliance standards
The ideal candidate would have;
- Great organisation and attention to detail
- High level communication skills both verbal & written
- Great time management skills
- A passion for delivering high quality customer service
- Be a team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Professional personal presentation
- Current Driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Salary negotiable with experience
