To Be Frank Bakery Pty Ltd is seeking a full-time Junior Baker to join its team.
You will be responsible for:
- Baking a range of long fermentation bread products using a range of different fermentation and baking techniques
- Carry out all tasks involved in the daily production included but not limited to; preparation of raw ingredients, weighing, mixing, dividing, shaping, and baking.
- Adhering to food safety and occupational health regulations;
- Cleaning work areas and equipment as necessary;
- Ensure duties are carried out efficiently and to the standard set by the Head Baker
Requirement:
- a Certificate III or Certificate IV in a relevant field
- 12 months work experience preferred but not essential.
