To meet the requirements of this key position within the team, you will need to hold at least 1+ years PAE from within a Construction Law practice in an Australian Law Firm with a current practicing certificate. The opportunity will see you working predominantly on front-end Construction matters, servicing an impeccable client base in both Vicotria and Interstate. You will be working very closely with a Partner who is not only fantastic to work for but is a strong mentor who genuinely enjoys working with Junior Lawyers and assisting them to develop technically.
As the successful person for this role, you will be undertaking a high level of responsibility in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts and tenders, while providing strategic advice on contract administration. It is expected that you will bring to the team excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build key business relationships and have strong drafting skills.
