AddressOur Client is a long-standing & stable luxury residential and commercial builder based in Melbourne's South Eastern suburbs. They deliver projects across metropolitan Melbourne as well as the Mornington Peninsula ranging in value from $500,000 - $10M.
They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy so are looking to employ a Junior Contract Administrator to work across various commercial projects.
The role will work closely with the Directors and assist with project procurement, sub-contract letting, design coordination (with architects & consultants), variations and claims management, ITP's/quality and general coordination/administration.
To be considered the successful candidate will have completed a recent tertiary qualification in a construction-related field and ideally come with a minimum of 12 months industry experience (but we are open to looking at recent graduates). They will require a positive & can-do attitude and relish a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary will be flexible depending on experience with a range from $70,000 - $100,000 total package.
