Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Contract Administrator with advanced computer skills & minimum of two years working within the Construction Industry, Study and/or onsite, to join our great team to assist in contract management.
The Role:
- Work within an experienced team to review and enhance existing documentation and procedures.
- Preparation and administration of Subcontracts and Supply Agreements.
- Managing a database of registers i.e. subcontractor insurances & retentions
- Managing the subcontract schedules and processing of invoices to ensure compliance with Contract/s, Purchase Orders & Work Orders.
- Preparation of recommendations for subcontractor payments after evaluation and consultation with the Project/Site team.
- Manage any subcontract variation requests.
Who are you?
- You've worked on construction projects or studied construction for a period for at least 2 years as a Contracts Administrator and/or Estimator within the Construction Industry.
- You have experience in Australia.
- You have tertiary qualifications in construction (or a related degree or with equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience).
- You have knowledge of and/or experience with BuildXact, 1Breadcrumb software or similar.
- You have advanced computer skills.
- You can handle working autonomously.
