Our Client is a long standing major 2nd tier builder. They have been in operation for over 15 years and turnover in excess of $600M annually. They specialise in commercial, education, apartment & institutional projects ranging in value from $25M - $150M.
They are enjoying an extended period of buoyancy so are looking to add a capable up & comer to one of their mid-value commercial projects located just off the CBD.
The role is a Junior CA/Coordinator style position. It will be tucked under the Project Manager and assist with the day-to-day operations of the project. Responsibilities will cover general administration/coordination, document control, RFI's, OHS & quality management, assisting with procurement and contract administration and sub-contractor management.
To be considered you will be tertiary qualified in a construction related discipline with a minimum of 12 months industry experience working within the commercial market sector in a similar type of role. You will have a positive & enthusiastic attitude and a desire to grow a career in the construction industry.
