Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining relationships and collaborating with local banks, and audit firms. etc. for corporate finance, and other related works.
- Complying with the company's Internal Operations Management System.
- Periodical report to the Company's headquarters in China.Such other ad hoc tasks as directed by the Employer from time to time.
- Managing Accrual accounts- Electricity, Insurance, Audit + tax accrual etc.
- Preparing fortnightly Payroll file.
- Ensuring month-end, quarter-end, half-year, and year-end close tasks are accurate. performed on time including reconciliation of assigned.
- Back-up to other Accountants.
- Running and supporting the AU Head of Accounting and Planning with ad hoc projects.
- Accounts payable - processing invoices and payments, reconciliations.
- Accounts receivable - support to the Finance Manager.
- Corporate Cards - reconciliation and management.
- Expense claims – process and reconcile reports.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, including month-end reconciliations, fixed assets, and timesheet reporting.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in full payroll function
- Demonstrated experience in full AP function
- Strong knowledge of excel
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated problem solving
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to be flexible and have great multitasking skills
- Experience with Xero an advantage
Qualifications
- Accounting degree or studying towards one
- CPA/CA designation or studying towards one
