HBC Trading Australia is an international importer, manufacturer, exporter and distributor of specialty and gourmet foods based in Regents Park.
Key Responsibilities:
· Customer Service - inbound outbound phone calls
· chase outstanding payments
· working closely with sales reps and food distributors
· processing the orders and invoices on daily basis
· dispatching and handling logistic on orders
Requirements and Skills:
· Pronto / MYOB / Outlook / Excel and Word (essential)
· Must have excellent communication skills both verbally & written
· Attention to detail
· Excellent team player
· Flexible for taking on a variety of tasks
· Can-do attitude
· Excellent time management
· At least 3 years experience in a similar role
· Able to work on FULL-TIME basis from Monday to Friday
· Accounting background (can be an advantage)
