Junior Draftsperson - Architectural Steel Fabrication

As a result of continued growth Berwick Fabrications have an Exciting & Challenging opportunity for a self motivated person to join our company.

Key Responsibilities Include;

• Producing Shop drawings based on site measures to comply with Australian Standards, within tight deadlines
• Producing 3D Concept Designs for clients
• Liaising with Project Managers onsite
• Working to tight deadlines
• Quoting & Ordering of Materials

The ideal candidate will have;

• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other CAD based systems to produce 2D and 3D shop/concept drawings
• Knowledge of Soildworks (advantage)
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Understanding of the construction industry and familiarity with reading architectural details
• High levels of creativity & vision
• High levels of computer literacy
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work to tight deadlines
