Summerland Farm is located on a beautiful macadamia and avocado farm, set high on the hills of the Alstonville plateau overlooking the spectacular Ballina coastline. As a Team leader/Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace where each team member can thrive and contribute their unique skills.

• Provide service delivery of food, beverage, retail products and tour services for Summerland Farm patrons.
• Provide accurate and effective information to customers on all activities and services of Summerland Farm.
• Work independently and in a cohesive team environment with a focus of providing a positive customer experience.
• Follow safe working practices to ensure the quality and timely delivery of food, beverage and retail products.
• Use appropriate IT systems on a daily basis and adopt new technologies aligned with the changing needs of the business and customer requirements.

• Sound verbal and written communication
• Basic literary and numeracy skills
• A practical understanding of WHS requirements
• Available for weekend and mid-week evening function shifts
• Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
