About the role:At Aruma, we believe in the potential of every individual. As a Team leader/Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace where each team member can thrive and contribute their unique skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide service delivery of food, beverage, retail products and tour services for Summerland Farm patrons.
- Provide accurate and effective information to customers on all activities and services of Summerland Farm.
- Work independently and in a cohesive team environment with a focus of providing a positive customer experience.
- Follow safe working practices to ensure the quality and timely delivery of food, beverage and retail products.
- Use appropriate IT systems on a daily basis and adopt new technologies aligned with the changing needs of the business and customer requirements.

- Sound verbal and written communication
- Basic literary and numeracy skills
- A practical understanding of WHS requirements
- Available for weekend and mid-week evening function shifts
