Junior Fpga Engineer

Cleared are working with a South Australian Company dedicated to producing world leading technology for tailored electronic warfare capabilities for Defence.

We are looking to speak to Junior FPGA Engineer for a permanent opportunity in their office based in Adelaide.

The ideal candidate will be a creative & inquisitive person with a methodical approach to problem solving. They must be proactive and willing to grow and develop their career as an FPGA Engineer with a truly innovative company!

A creative person who enjoys working with new technologies and can design from a systems perspective would be preferred.

Additional experience with languages such as Python and C/C++ would be useful but not essential.

You will need a positive personality with good written and verbal skills. Also, someone who can show initiative & able to time manage and prioritise tasks in order of importance.
A general passion for Electronics with outside the working environment!

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & BEHAVIOURS

• This position requires a creative and inquisitive person with a methodical approach to problem solving.
• The work is predominantly technical and requires excellent understanding of radio frequency (RF) concepts, FPGA and ARM processor development, digital signal processing, related hardware technology, test equipment and/or communication systems.
• Experience with Matlab is also very desirable.

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• FPGA Development
• Australian Citizen NV1 security clearance
• 2+ years of qualified experience working within an established team.
