We are looking for a Casual, Junior Consultant, to provide support and assistance to the Digital Consultancy Team. As a team, you will work on multiple ISO projects simultaneously and you will be involved in every aspect of the project inclusive of the accountabilities below.
You will be exposed to all levels of management, various industries and workplace requirements. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your knowledge and skills in all areas of business including the requirements of ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (OHS), compliance, and business procedures.
This position may lead to permanent employment for the right candidate.
Duties include:
- Work on ISO projects to assist clients meet ISO standards for compliance and certification relating to the ISO standards of Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety
- Work to multiple project plans: with exposure to relationship building with clients, prioritizing, delegation of tasks and working within a team
- Organise and attend meetings to discuss project updates and client requirements
- Complete delegated tasks including reviewing and updating client documentation (policies, procedures, forms, documents, checklists etc)
- Assist in gap assessments - to determine what the client is missing from a client’s system
- Assist in full development projects from scratch - build documentation that is relevant for a client to create a management system using paper based and digital format
- Transition of paper based documentation into digital documents
- Writing reports outlining missing content, actions, and responsibilities of completion
About you:
Knowledge & Skills
- Confidence to converse with different levels of management
- Experience with policies, procedures, and documentation (not essential but highly desirable)
- Have a basic to intermediate understanding of ISO compliance
- Sound computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Experience with Monday.com (not essential but would be nice)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
