Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Assist in writing and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the recruitment industry.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage and update our recruitment database with accurate and up-to-date information.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales role is a plus.
