Role Overview:
As a Junior Lawyer, you'll collaborate closely with the team on a diverse range of Commercial Litigation Matters. This role presents a great opportunity for growth and professional development in a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and prepare case materials.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Briefing experts
- Attending mediations
- Assisting with large scale discovery
- Maintain accurate records
Qualifications and Experience:
- Admitted to practice as a Lawyer in Australia - ESSENTIAL.
- Located in Western Australia - ESSENTIAL
- Experience in or a specific interest in Commercial Litigation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
