We are looking for a Full Time Junior Administration Assistant to support our team.
This role requires a degree of flexibility. You will be attending to administrative duties that will assist our law clerks and solicitors.
We need a focused, competent person who is a team player and is willing to step up when required.
Daily duties may include:
- opening, closing and maintaining files using our document management system;
- data entry, photocopying and scanning;
- answering phone calls;
- greeting and directing clients; and
- other general office duties.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- accurate typing and strong spelling skills;
- an excellent command of the English Language;
- be well presented and have a friendly and professional manner; and
- initiative and attention to detail.
