They're looking for a Junior Legal Administration Assistant/All-Rounder to assist their Commercial Litigation team. This is a rare opportunity to gain experience in a world-class law firm and kick off your career in legal.
Key responsibilities:
- Covering reception
- Photocopying/scanning
- Assisting EAs with monthly billing and expenses
- Preparing correspondence
- Opening and closing files
- Arranging couriers
- Tidying meeting rooms
- Greeting clients
- General adhoc administrative duties as required
- At least 1 years' experience in legal
- Eager and willing to learn and upskill
- A "happy to help" kind of attitude
- Team player, but also has the ability to work autonomously
- Great communication skills is a must
- You'll be a pro at using Microsoft Office suite, especially Word.
- Experience using a legal practice management software (i.e. Aderant)
- Be able to work 5 days in the office
- Australian Citizen or Resident
