You will be working closely with the broader team and supporting with general office administration. you'll enjoy a busy and varied role as well as the opportunity to continue to learn and develop your skillset.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Open/close files, filing and archiving
- Diary management
- Prepare documents and general correspondence
- General administration; photocopying, scanning and binding documents
- Monthly billing
- Liaise with clients and coordinate meetings
To be successful in this role you will have at least 12 months experience as Legal Assistant/Administration Assistant in a law firm together with:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- A positive, pro-active and professional work attitude
