Day to day this fantastic position will see you:

• Providing assistance to Lawyers with diary management, billing, booking & preparing meeting rooms and other duties as required.
• Some reception relief
• Preparing legal documents
• Printing, scanning, archiving & filing
• On the ground administrative support.

To be super successful in this position you will have;
1+ years experience in a similar role. An ability to manage various conflicting priorities and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will have previous experience with billing and filing & you will have a natural demeanour to build a strong and lasting relationships.
