What are we looking for?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a positive, energetic and highly motivated Junior Legal Assistant to join our Superannuation & Insurance Disability practice group in our Ashfield or Melbourne offices. This is a casual opportunity.
Our team works closely with clients who have superannuation Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) or private Disability Insurance claims following an injury or illness. We work to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
This role will have you responsible for providing one on one administrative support to our busy team, with ongoing training and development. Your daily duties will include:
Providing a great level of care and support to our clients in a professional manner
Supporting the lawyer and team with general file management and administration
Coordinating appointments for our lawyers and medico-legal appointments for our clients
Communicating with clients, insurers and other professionals both in writing and verbally
Compiling court documents
