The Firm:
Our client is an established and highly acclaimed national law firm who have grown to be one of the country's most sought-after law firms to work for. They have a new opportunity for a junior level Legal Assistant (minimum of 1 year's experience needed) to join their Brisbane office within the busy Commercial Property practice group.

The Opportunity:
This rare opportunity will see you providing all facets of legal administrative support to a team of awarded Partners, where no two days will be the same. Your responsibilities will be vast and include:

• Preparing sale and purchase documents;
• Conducting online searches such as PPSR, ASIC and Title searches;
• Drafting legal correspondence;
• Email and calendar management for your fee earners;
• Scanning, compiling and proof-reading contracts;
• Electronic billing and reporting; and
• General administrative tasks.

What Experience do you need?
To guarantee your success in this busy role, you will need to have similar experience as a Legal Assistant in a transactional practice group, and be well organised and methodical in your approach to your work. You will have a strong 'can-do' attitude, the ability to think on your feet and strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
