Key Responsibilities:
Legal Support:
- Provide administrative support to solicitors, including document preparation, filing, and client communication.
- Manage legal documentation and ensure accurate and timely filing.
Marketing:
- Implement marketing strategies created by the Directors to enhance the firm's online and offline presence.
- Create and update marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Coordinate and participate in marketing events, seminars, and conferences.
Diary Management:
- Effectively manage solicitors calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates
Client Communication:
- Act as a liaison between clients and solicitors, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Handle some client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- It is preferred to have experience as a Legal Secretary or in similar role but is not necessary.
- It is preffered to have experience in marketing, including content creation and social media management.
Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.
- Marketing skills, including social media management and content creation.
Personality Traits:
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
