Our client who are a mid size law firm located in the CBD is currently seeking a Junior Legal Assistant - Litigation with at least 1 years' experience to join the team.
The firm is an energetic and academic team, full of talented professionals, focussing on people and clients and seeking another player to join the team.
Suitable for someone who thrives on being an all round key team player whilst managing the broad range of ongoing activities that support a well-functioning environment such as:
- prepare, format and compile complex legal documents
- financial management of matters such as money in trust, disbursements etc.
- monthly billing process
- lodgements/ filings as required
- client liaison
- assisting the team with practice development initiatives
- obtaining company and PPSR searches
- 1 years' litigation experience.
- proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- exceptional typing skills with attention to detail
- high level of communication skills
