Form of workOur global client is offering a fabulous opportunity for a junior Legal Secretary, who is looking to work in a commercial practice area (International Capital Markets) and be mentored and trained by an experienced Senior Legal Secretary.
You will work with the senior Legal Secretary to assist 2 market leading Partners and their team and further your experience and build your knowledge on arange of duties while enjoying all the perks that come with working for a leading global firm!
About the role:
- Open and closing files
- Preparing documents
- End of month billing and required reporting
- Diary and email management
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
- Archiving and filling documents
- Photocopying/scanning and deliver of documents
- Assisting Snr Legal Secretary with projects and requests as required
- 12+ months legal admin/secretary experience
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Proactive and happy to help attitude
- Pride yourself on your attention to detail
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Available to work Monday to Friday (4 days in the office)
