As we prepare for our launch in 2024, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Role Description: As a Junior Marketing Coordinator at Healm, you will play a vital role in introducing our brand and product to the world. You will work closely with the CEO to execute strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving user acquisition, and fostering engagement across various channels.
Responsibilities:
Media Outreach: Proactively reach out to media outlets, influencers, and journalists to secure coverage for Healm. Pitch compelling story angles, press releases, and product features to generate buzz and excitement around the app.
PR Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of PR campaigns to maximise exposure and visibility for Healm. Coordinate press events, product demos, and media appearances to showcase the app's unique features and benefits.
Social Media Management: Manage Healm's social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) to maintain a consistent brand presence and engage with our audience. Create and schedule engaging content, monitor conversations, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and email newsletters. Ensure all content aligns with Healm's brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Campaign Analysis: Monitor and analise key performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to optimize results
Requirements:

Position Details:
- Part-time or full-time position with flexible hours.
