Our client is a technology driven organisation with a focus on renewable energy, currently undergoing RnD to increase their computational power. We are looking for a talented Junior-Mid Level Golang Engineer with a strong understanding of all stages of the SDLC. The organisation's growth opportunities are endless with the high-growth prospect. The role will have an option of fully remote for the successful candidate and work alongside a talented development manager.
The Role
Each day brings new challenges in this exciting role, which will harness your creativity to drive and code innovative solutions. Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders from Finance and Technology, you will be required to deliver high quality code in a fast-paced environment. The team is close-knit being a reasonably small business so this role will be perfect for an upbeat, eager to learn individual.
Your Skills & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
- At least 1-2 years-experience with Golang Programming Language
- 3-5 years' experience with coding across any language (preferably Java)
- Exposure and understanding of AWS Environment - CI/CD, Deployment, Maintenance
- Exposure and Understanding of Microservices Architecture
- Experience using Jira.
- Experience using GitHub and ability to showcase previous work.
- Experience with Testing - Manual and Automation (Desirable)
