We are currently seeking a junior to join our dynamic, experienced admin team. You must be a team player who possesses flexibility and attention to detail. We will be offering the right candidate full training, job security and attractive work hours.
About the role
Key responsibilities
- Answering and directing of phone inquiry
- Sales and Administrative support
- Greeting of clients, personal assistant duties to directors
- Creating and maintaining documents
- Invoicing and answering emails
- Work autonomously and in a team environment
- General day to day office duties
- Scheduling and liaison with factory staff
- Excellent customer service

This is a full time position, Monday - Thursday 8am - 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am to 2pm.
