A swimming pool manufacturer based in Beaudesert are currently looking for a mature minded Junior Office Administrator.
Position Overview: The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting reception, assist with administrative tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities: Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails to the appropriate person or department
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and scanning
- Providing general administrative support to the accounts department as required (including accounts payable and receivable)
- Assisting with other duties and projects as required
Qualification:
- No qualifications necessary as on the job training will be provided from a very experienced and supportive team
