Qualifications & experience
- Ability to Work well within a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service skills (preferred, but not required).
- Have a keen eye for detail.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls with professionalism and excellent communication skills.
- Monitor and respond to emails throughout the day.
- General administrative office tasks.
- Assist with invoicing.
- Providing administrative support to the director and management team.
