Due to growth in WA, we are seeking skilled, accomplished and enthusiastic Junior Office Administrator/ Receptionist who would like to put their stamp on how delivering outstanding customer service to our corporate clients and to our team.  

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties, assisting in the scheduling and coordination of a team of experienced trades people, purchasing of parts and materials, coordinating contracts and perform administrative tasks, answering phone calls, managing incoming mail and faxes as part of a skilled and friendly team. 

Key Responsibilities of the Position

  • To be the first point of contact for customers requesting services.
  • Responsible to receiving general office email correspondence and actioning or re directing.
  • To be responsible for the purchasing of parts, materials and equipment for trade personnel.
  • To be responsible for the updating of client portals.
  • To be responsible for processing supplier and sub-contractor service reports and invoices.
  • To perform administrative task including the processing of service report sheets and time sheets.
  • Compile data for customer and internal reporting.
