Opportunity
We are searching for an ambitious Junior Office Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity, as the successful candidate will:
- work full time (five days per week);
- receive a generous remuneration package (including performance bonus and other perks); and

The Role
The role will involve working closely with our Operations team.
The key aspects of the role are:
- invoicing: prepare draft invoices using our practice management software;
- accounts receivable: contact debtors to follow up overdue payments in an appropriate and professional manner;
- recording keeping: maintain a spreadsheet which provides a comprehensive record of our overdue debtors, including details of emails and phone calls to each debtor; and
- business operations support: support with a wide range of office administration items, including taking phone calls made to our general office number and assisting with other projects.

Requirements
This role requires:
- an ability to meticulously follow processes;
- strong attention to detail;
- excellent communication skills; and
- a strong work ethic.
A relevant qualification (e.g. a certificate in bookkeeping, a commerce degree or similar) is preferable, but not mandatory.
