The Role:
We are currently seeking a dynamic Junior Office Manager to support our expanding team. This role is ideal for someone with a positive mental attitude, a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced sales environment, and a strong desire to grow and evolve professionally. As a pivotal member of our team, you'll be instrumental in managing our office operations, enhancing client communications, and contributing to our ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to our team.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and ensure efficient time management.
Coordinate and manage events, from planning to execution.
Maintain and update our CRM system, ensuring accurate data management.
Oversee the sales pipeline, assisting with tracking and reporting as needed.
Utilise networking skills to maintain and expand professional connections.
Contribute to our social media presence and assist with multimedia content as needed. (We have a sister company that helps with content creation, branding and marketing. So there will be plenty of support)
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in the financial services or real estate industry.
Proven track record in sales and meeting targets.
Familiarity with calendar management, event planning, and pipeline management.
Experience with multimedia and social media platforms.
Background in business development.
Must-Haves:
Office-based role.
Must have a driver's licence and a reliable car.
A positive mindset and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment.
Strong organisational, leadership, and client communication skills.
A proactive approach to learning and personal development.
