Junior Operations Assistant - Travel Industry

Overview

TravelManagers are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Operations Assistant to join our operations department.  You will be working as part of the team to support and service the network of Personal Travel Managers around the country.

The successful candidate will possess: 

• Passion for working within the Travel Industry.
• Proven ability to set and achieve goals.
• Have a high attention to detail and “can do” attitude. 
• Proven ability to work both independently and within a team.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of our personal travel managers database.
• Assist with the production of weekly internal newsletters.
• Handle day to day administration tasks.
• Assist with the development of personal travel managers systems.
• Host and assist the training department coordinate webinars for our personal travel managers.
• Support the entire Operations team in Sydney and Manila.
