HR Partners are partnering exclusively with an expanding tech organisation who are on an impressive journey and growth trajectory.
As the businesses Junior People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with the Head of People & Culture to play a pivotal role in supporting business leaders and team members to deliver on strategy, build capability and drive business outcomes through people initiatives.
You will be comfortable across HR operations and are happy to roll up your sleeves with BAU HR activities, including onboarding/offboarding, performance management, learning & development and payroll support. Alongside this, you are interested in growing your strategic HR capability, working closely with the P&C team to deliver on some exciting HR projects.
You will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with people partners across the business
- Advise and coach across the employee life cycle, including performance management and lower level employee relations issues
- Support the Head of People & Culture to maintain a culture of continuous improvement and drive capability uplift
- Take ownership of people projects including L&D, engagement and onboarding initiatives
- Bachelor Degree qualified in Human Resources or similar
- An HR Generalist with 3-5 years of experience looking to partner with an engaging, fast past paced organisation
- An experienced communicator who can operate in the 'grey areas' and navigate challenges
- A hands on professional who can work autonomously when needed in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
