This is an entry level position which is perfect for someone with 1-2 years’ experience as an admin purchasing assistant and who is keen to develop their purchasing and negotiating skills. This position will be based in our warehouse in Marrickville. You are also expected to regularly visit our office in Surry Hills. Training and mentoring will be provided so apply now.
Key Responsibilities: Obtain quotes for diverse range of commercial cleaning consumables and equipment. Processing and data entry of orders, goods transfers, supplier invoicing, client invoicing. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain company fleet vehicles, equipment, asset register etc. Source new suppliers and evaluate existing supplier contracts and terms. Liaising with the Operations team on field and operational requirementsOversee warehouse activities in conjunction with our warehouse manager.
Administration duties include some packing, unpacking, answering phone calls, etc. Adhere to all office policies and procedures. Skills & Experiences:Must have unrestricted Driver's Licence and must have good MS Excel skills.
