As a Junior Project Engineer with Syndeticom, you'll dive headfirst into exciting projects, gaining hands-on experience and learning from a team of Project Managers every step of the way. This role is different
Your role:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from start to finish.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct research, gather data, and provide technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
- Continuously learn and develop new skills to excel in your role.
- Creating and drawing plans for scopes of works.
About you:
- Completed or about to complete a locally acquired degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering Degree.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation
- Practical with can-do attitude
- Desire to learn and progress
- Flexible approach, and adaptable to change and dealing with ambiguity
- Intermediate skills in using excel and Microsoft office
- Working close with Project Management team on turning concept projects through the design phase and works also include assisting with the installation and completion tasks from an administrative perspective.
