SalaryOverview: Bright Build Constructions is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join out team in Sydney, NSW. This role offers an exciting opportunity to merge architectural drawing skills, onsite construction experience, project management expertise, and estimation and budgeting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
~Architectural Drawing Skills: Utilise proficiency in architectural drawing software to assist in project planning, design coordination, and documentation.
~Onsite Construction Experience: Apply hands-on experience in onsite construction activities, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
~Project Management Expertise: Support senior Project Managers in coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
~Estimation and Budgeting: Assist in project estimation and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives and financial constraints.
~Establish project budget: and overall project program to ensure successful delivery in accordance with client requirements.
Collaborating: with architects, engineering experts, and other professionals, as well as technical and trades workers.
~Involved: with value engineering, buildability analysis and critically review design and documentation to maximize outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
~Minimum bachelor degree or higher in relevant field.
~Minimum 2 years' full time (or equivalent) work experience in the relevant field.
~Proficiency in architectural drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
~Hands-on experience in onsite construction activities preferred.
~Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate tasks and communicate effectively.
~Knowledge of estimation and budgeting processes in the construction industry.
~Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Salary : $75,000-$85,000
