Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Creating professional relationships with owners and tenants.
- End to end portfolio management
- Portfolio growth while your experience grows
- Lease renewal and rent reviews with VA assistant
- In-going & out-going tenant inspections
- Client feedback for available properties
- Routine inspections
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Arrears management
- Dispute resolution and QCAT with team leader support
What you won’t be responsible for:
- Rental payment receipting
- Council and water rates bill processing
- Tenant water invoicing
- Weekly disbursements to clients
- Maintenance bill processing
- Creating CMA’s for lease renewals
- Application processing
