We are currently seeking a Junior Property Manager to join this dynamic team!The Client:
The Role:This is your chance to join a strong Property management division with a local-based portfolio. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Effectively liaise with tenants
- Working under a Senior Property Manager
- Property visits
- Inspections on the weekend
- Routines, ingoings and outgoings
- Maintenance and repairs
- A Current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License
- Strong attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Thorough understanding of current legislation
- Must be a team player and have a good nature
- You will be able to communicate with all types of people and be able to negotiate
- Monday -Saturday with a full day off during the week
- Attractive salary package
- Excellent support - report to an experienced Senior PM & Department Head
- Up to $60,000 + Super
