Form of workA dynamic accounting firm in St Leonards has an opportunity for a Junior Receptionist role on a full time basis, available Monday to Friday, starting immediately.
Duties in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Meeting and greeting clients whilst being professional at all times
- Answer incoming calls and transfer accordingly
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and deliveries
- Filing and maintenance of office supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks as required
The successful candidate will be someone who is motivated, well presented, polite, adaptable in your attitude in your work and has both excellent communication and efficiency. The candidate should be competent in Microsoft word and excel.
