Junior Receptionist / Showroom Consultant

BEST KITCHENS - WOLLONGONGis the Illawarra's Premier Kitchen Design and Detailed Joinery Manufacturer, with the largest showroom in the Illawarra.

We are looking for a friendly & enthusiastic, highly
motivated individual who has professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for all clients and therefore must present well. This is a full-time permanent position.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Meeting and greeting clients in the showroom with a warm
  and friendly manner
• Customer Service - showing clients through the showroom
• Attending to phones – answering and directing phone calls accordingly
• Managing Designer’s appointments and outgoing mail
• Maintaining a clean showroom/office with general house keeping
• General filing and admin
• Typing/sending joinery quotations and corresponding with clients
• Drawing designs up on CAD software (on the job training provided)
• PA duties as required

To be considered for this position you must have;

• Have held a previous job before for minimum of 6 months
• The ability to multi task and meet strict deadlines
• High attention to detail
• Good phone manner
• Good time management and written/verbal communication skills
• Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Reliable mode of transport to/from work
• Professional attitude, punctual and efficient
• Available for immediate start
