What You’ll Do:
- Be Our Welcome Wagon: Greet and assist clients with a smile as they arrive.
- Master the Phones: Answer calls, schedule appointments, and manage our calendar.
- Info Guru: Handle client enquiries and provide info about our services.
- Privacy Pro: Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to Australian privacy regulations and the psychologists' code of ethics.
- Organisational Whiz: Manage electronic and paper filing systems.
- Money Matters: Process payments and issue receipts.
- Support Star: Assist with admin tasks like data entry, mail handling, and office supplies.
- File Management: Scanning, processing, filing, and shredding clients' documents
- Team Player: Support our clinical team with various tasks as needed.
What You Bring:
- Education: Year 12 certificate or equivalent; bonus points for additional admin or related education.
- Experience: Previous receptionist or admin experience preferred, but not essential, we will train the right person.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organisational skills, and attention to detail.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and cloud/drive storage, and familiarity with office equipment. Familiarity using apple/mac products.
- Vibe: Empathetic, professional, and ready to handle confidential and sensitive info.
- Extra Cool: Basic knowledge of mental health terminology is a plus.
