- Past experience with high volume of outbound or inbound calling and Australian work rights
- Salary guide $60,000 per annum Base + commission = $80,000 in the first year on target earnings
- Hawthorn, Victoria (not a work from home role)
A normal day includes
- Calling candidates and assessing their suitability for jobs
- Writing job advertisements and assessing ad response
- Telephone screening of candidates
- Assisting with the writing up on your interview notes of shortlisted candidates
- Reference checking
- Candidate resourcing and finding innovative ways to source candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Administration and database management
