The opportunity
We are looking for a full time Receptionist - this role is a front of house position and the successful applicant will be trained to administer a high level of support to our clients & team.
The role includes, but isn't limited to -
- Answering the telephone & directing calls.
- First point of contact & assisting with client enquiries.
- Providing administration support to our Property Management Department.
- General office duties including mail, ordering/managing office supplies.
- General office administration duties to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
