About the Role
Depending on your skills and interests, there are three career paths available. As an Entry-Level Recruitment Sales Consultant in Perth, you may focus on winning new business, developing existing business, and delivering candidates to our clients in various sectors.
This is a SALES role.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates through phone, video, or in-person interactions.
- Building new and maintaining existing business relationships via phone, video, or email.
- Networking with candidates and clients, attending industry events.
Meeting daily and weekly activity targets, and working towards weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. This involves call time, arranging client meetings, setting up interviews, and generating revenue.
