We are expanding our recruitment team and actively seeking a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join full-time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and work closely with a wide range of clients. As a key player in our team, you will need to bring a positive attitude and contribute to our team’s strong values (Honesty | Humility | Hardwork).

The key responsibilities are:
- Reach out to candidates and potential talent to pitch them new job opportunities on behalf of our clients
- Liaise with the clients to provide regular updates and insights on the candidate market
- Screen resumes and prospects, interview and manage candidates through the interview process, from interview preparations to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Assist recruitment in following up with placed and potential candidates and clients and other general tasks
- Prepare regular client reports and updates
- Report writing of meetings, workshops, and summary outcomes
- Running and marketing the marvinCG social media platforms (LinkedIn posts, etc.)
- Ensure the maintenance and organisation of the marvinCG database
- Be responsible for ongoing and sustainable growth of client accounts and candidate relationships through filing permanent/ temporary placement and providing solutions to help clients and candidates with their employment needs
- Identify and take advantage of new and existing business opportunities, grow your allocated specialisation, and increase market share for your division
- Learn our proprietary management framework, recruitment, engagement, and performance principles
- Depending on your strengths, support with business development, HR or management consulting projects, as well as end-to-end recruitment
- Handle general and ad hoc administrative tasks and support

ABOUT YOU
Ideal skills to have:
- Undergraduate degree in Arts, Business, Management, Law, or HR (desirable but not essential)
- Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for people and organisational transformation
- Excellent English language skills - verbal and written communication
- A positive, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn and improve existing processes effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills such as reliability, flexibility, and punctuality
- Good proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
