Your Opportunity

With an increasing demand for more knowledgeable and informed assistance, our client is seeking a Junior Consultant to join and support the delivery of Facilities and Asset Management consulting commissions. Working as part of a team you will work across some complex asset portfolios including councils, PPP’s, education, health and retail.
  
Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking visual assessments of properties to assist with asset register data collection, analysis, and guidance
• Provide appropriate attention to detail and information in CMMS upload to develop preventative maintenance plans and Opex forecasting. 
• Provide informed FM strategic advisory and Public Private Partnership advisory
• Complement senior consultants on site with asset data information gathering and analysis
• Aid in lifecycle capital replacement modelling, future forecasting and risk registers.
• Provide amazing customer service to engage with onsite staff and teams, and provide specialist consultancy.

Your Skillsets and Attributes:
